Ponderosa Steak House Restaurant

Hey, I was there today and they got new carpets, cool!

The buffet is kept tidy, and the food average. The whole restaurant needs a face lift the carpets are torn and dirty and the bathrooms are outdated to say the least.

We have been going there for years and it's even better now with the grand buffet.
Keep up the good work. If a person would cook all the food available there it would take a long long time to prepare, so you can't beat it!

I visited your restaurant just before christmas, i have never has such disgusting food in my life....our steaks were burnt, and there wasn't much to pick from in regards to the salad bar everything was yucky! I spent like over 40 dollars for me and my family.....wish i would have kept my receipt i would have asked for my money back......and the service was great but the food sure wasn't
